ReturnsHere at Nursing Novi, we hand pick all our products and pack them ourselves. We want to make sure that you are happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are unhappy with your order, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to get you the right product. We also ask our customers to respectfully understand, that we are a low inventory company at the moment, and so all returned items must be in their original packaging as the item will most likely go to a new home. Here at Nursing Novi, we reserve the right to deny exchanges or returns on returned items that do not meet our return policy requirements.
We only accept exchanges within 3-three business days AFTER the DELIVERY date if 1. The item was defective/damaged due to our error or 2. You received the wrong item. Contact Nursing Novi immediately at email@example.com within 3-three business days AFTER DELIVERY.
If you would like to start a return within 30 days of RECEIPT (not delivery date), please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will respond in 2 business days. Unless you received the wrong item or the item was damaged/defective, we ask that you pay the shipping cost. Please note that ORIGINAL shipping charges are non-refundable.
-Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
-Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
-Merchandise must have all original tags attached.
-Any merchandise marked SALE cannot be returned.
